Accessibility, Inclusivity & Community Framework
Our Accessibility, Inclusivity and Community (AIC) framework guides how we design and deliver every music-led experience, venue partnership and brand collaboration. It ensures our environments are welcoming, equitable and reflective of the communities that shape contemporary culture.
Accessibility is built into every stage of our work, grounded in equity and the belief that people should be able to participate on equal terms. Physical, digital, cultural and communicative barriers are actively identified and reduced to support full engagement.
From venue selection and spatial design to ticketing, communication and service practices, we work closely with venue teams and partners to anticipate needs and remove obstacles. The result is a music-led environment where people feel comfortable, considered and able to fully engage with the experience.
Accessibility
Inclusivity shapes how our spaces are programmed, designed and experienced. We intentionally platform diverse artists, collaborators and creative voices, recognising the cultural lineages that inform contemporary sound.
Through considered curation and aligned partnerships, we create music led environments where different perspectives are visible, valued and able to shape the atmosphere of the room. Our venues become shared cultural spaces that are welcoming, representative and open to participation.
Inclusivity
Community is central to how our spaces function. Our events are designed to encourage shared presence, bringing together artists, audiences, venues and partners in environments shaped by music and collective expression.
We create spaces for participation and exchange, recognising each format as part of a wider cultural ecosystem. Through connection and collaboration, we strengthen creative networks and support collective cultural growth.
