Accessibility, Inclusivity & Community Framework

Our Accessibility, Inclusivity and Community (AIC) framework guides how we deliver every event, collaboration and experience. It sets out our approach to creating welcoming, inclusive and equitable spaces that support diverse voices and enable connection across the creative ecosystem.

Accessibility is built into every stage of our work, grounded in equity and the belief that people should be able to participate on equal terms. Physical, digital, cultural and communicative barriers are actively identified and removed to support full engagement. Through thoughtful venue selection, intentional spatial design, clear information and inclusive service practices, we create environments where different needs are anticipated, diverse voices are represented, and attendees feel considered, supported and able to experience culture without unnecessary limitation.

Accessibility

Inclusivity shapes how our spaces are designed, programmed and experienced. We ensure people feel welcomed and represented by intentionally including diverse voices across artists, collaborators and audiences. Through considered programming, intentional partnerships and thoughtful curation, we create environments that support participation, reflect a range of perspectives and allow culture to be shared, explored and enjoyed by all.

Inclusivity

We create shared spaces for participation and exchange, bringing together artists, audiences, collaborators and partners. Our events, programmes and initiatives are designed to support connection and collaboration, contributing to networks that strengthen cultural practice and collective creativity.
