Accessibility, Inclusivity & Community Framework
Our Accessibility, Inclusivity and Community (AIC) framework guides how we deliver every event, collaboration and experience. It provides a clear approach to ensuring spaces are welcoming, inclusive, equitable and that every action we take intentionally supports diverse voices and meaningful connections across the creative ecosystem.
Accessibility is woven into every detail, grounded in equity and the belief that people should be able to participate on equal terms. Barriers - physical, digital, cultural, and communicative - are actively removed so that everyone can engage fully. Through thoughtful venue selection, intentional spatial layout, clear information, and inclusive service design, environments are created where different needs are anticipated, diverse voices are represented, attendees feel considered, supported and able to experience culture without limitation.
Accessibility
We create spaces where people feel seen, represented and welcomed, ensuring all voices are part of the cultural conversation. Through diverse programming, intentional partnerships and careful curation, we cultivate spaces that empower participation, celebrate diversity and sustain cultural dialogue.
Inclusivity
Community forms the foundation of the work. It is the shared space where artists, audiences, collaborators and partners come together to exchange ideas, celebrate culture and build meaningful relationships. Every event, programme and initiative is designed to enable connection, collaboration and participation at every level. By nurturing these connections, networks are created that amplify voices, strengthen culture and inspire collective creativity.
